A lot about this role:
We’re broadening our search for our next rising star, specifically looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (Sr. AM). You will bring your self-starting attitude and experience to flex across our largest account, with the potential for other projects along the way. You will work closely with a team including a Group Account Director, Account Director, and Project Managers, while having the independence to manage your own tasks. You will be responsible for keeping projects moving on a day-to-day basis through briefing, strategic development, creative development, and implementation and will own all aspects of production. You’ll have the rare and cool opportunity to lead US and Global brands across MedTech.

You can…
- Develop client relationships and build trust at all levels
- Thoroughly understand your client’s business and be the brand champion
- Lead the client toward a common goal and keep all initiatives on track
- Maintain high levels of team effectiveness: trust, communication, collaboration
- Provide superior management of day-to-day workflow
- Evolve and develop processes / templates to drive greater efficiencies
- Collaborate w/ internal teams; ensure adherence to strategy, feedback, brand standards
- Lead secondary elements (+primary when determined) of campaign deliverables
- Identify potential project risks and developing contingency plans
- Effectively present work from a delivery standpoint
- Lead status meetings (internally and with client)
- Recognize issues, concerns, and opportunities and manage up
Must-Have Experience:
- 3-5 years of agency and/or marketing experience
Great-To-Have Experiences:
- Bonus points for health or tech experience
- Entrepreneurial or start-up
- Anything unique/unusual or non-advertising
