A lot about this role:

We’re looking for a Sr. Account Director who can be a true leader of business — across multiple verticals, brands, and teams. Reporting to a Group Account Director, you’ll be the senior strategic voice in the room for your clients, the trusted counsel they call when it matters most, and the leader who develops the next generation of account talent under you. You’ll help drive organic growth and be accountable for the health and trajectory of the business. You’ll also have the rare and cool opportunity to lead US and Global work across a portfolio that includes the innovative MedTech category and beyond.

  • Know your clients’ businesses deeper than they do, and be a true brand steward
  • Think strategically across brand and communications — and know the difference

  • Lead a pitch from brief to final room, win the business, and grow it from there
  • Keep multiple accounts, markets, and stakeholders moving, all at once
  • Partner with senior cross-discipline leaders (creative, strategy, production, design) to shape how the work gets made
  • Lead the creative process from brief to delivery, championing great work at every stage
  • Set the standard for craft, accountability, and excellence across your accounts
  • Manage finances, including forecasting, scope, profitability, and multi-year planning
  • Anticipate risks, navigate hard conversations, and bring senior judgment to the moments that matter
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Directors, Supervisors, and Managers
  • Coach, develop, and unlock the careers of the people on your team

Must-Have Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of agency and/or marketing experience, including direct experience managing account teams and owning client P&L

Great-To-Have Experiences:

  • Tech and/or Med Tech
  • Entrepreneurial or start-up
  • Anything unique/unusual or non-advertising
