A lot about this role:

We’re broadening our search for our next rising star, specifically looking for an Account Supervisor (AS) who can bring their experience and flex it across a variety of brands in various verticals. You will work closely with the Account Director, and have the independence to manage your own tasks. You will be responsible for keeping projects moving on a day-to-day basis through briefing, strategic development, creative development, and implementation and will own all aspects of production. You’ll have the rare and cool opportunity to lead Canadian, US and Global brands across OTC, Tech, Entertainment, MedTech, and Sport.

  • Lead the client toward a common goal and keep all initiatives on track

  • Provide superior management of day-to-day workflow
  • Evolve and develop processes / templates to drive greater efficiencies
  • Collaborate w/ internal teams; ensure adherence to strategy, feedback, standards
  • Lead secondary elements (+primary when determined) of campaign deliverables
  • Accurately manage day-to-day finances
  • Identify potential project risks and developing contingency plans
  • Effectively present work from a delivery standpoint
  • Lead status meetings (internally and with client)
  • Recognize issues, concerns, and opportunities and manage up

Must-Have Experience:

  • Min. 5 years of agency and/or marketing experience

Great-To-Have Experiences:

  • Tech and/or Med Tech
  • Entrepreneurial or start-up
  • Anything unique/unusual or non-advertising
