‘Targeted’ Social Campaign
We started working with Jason from TargetVacations.ca about two years ago and continue to today. Our first endeavour was to rebrand and reposition the company through a positioning statement and tagline grounded in their fundamental travel beliefs. We then redesigned their logo to echo those same fundamental principals. From there, we developed a comprehensive social campaign, including strategy and implementation through a redesigned e-newsletter, CRM campaign, blog development and smaller, more tactical initiatives (e.g. Flickr group).
Since the launch of the social campaign in late 2008, their e-newsletter subscriptions are up 10%, Jason has been featured on msnbc.com and cnn.com, and their online sales for January 09 were their biggest sales ever (in the middle of a economic crisis no less). Congrats Jason.
