Outer Beauty In Package Design

Amin added this on March 11, 2010

We consider ourselves idea junkies here at OneMethod. We treat every single project, regardless of scale, with the same creative drive. This means that we attempt to smuggle ideas and innovation into all of our executions, from nation-wide multi-media campaigns to one-off business cards. This also means that when Nokia and Verizon came to us in search of a new package design, we didn’t simply slap a glossy image on their pre-existing containers.

Verizon Launch Kit Concept – The CUBE

This Launch Kit concept takes the unique form factor of the Nokia 7705 and brings it to life. When fully twisted, the top layer holds the device and the bottom layer holds the sales collateral. The glossy black acrylic material gives the packaging a high-end, exclusive feel and the simplicity of the design brings prominence to the form factor of the packaging and the Nokia 7705 device itself.

Verizon Launch Kit Concept – The TWIST

This Launch Kit concept highlights the habitat mode (preloaded themes) on the Nokia 7705 – in an interactive way. The top and bottom sections twist (much like the device), allowing people to play with the habitat mode images and the top and bottom section are push-out drawers – one holding the phone (in mid-twist) and one holding the sales materials.

Thought Processor Notebook

A notebook that references a notebook that’s already referencing a notebook is either sheer brilliance or utter stupidity. Either way, this beautifully hand drawn Apple II inspired notebook is more than a pleasure to look at.

OneMethod Presents: FanApp
